Terms and conditions

Owner responsibilities and liability

Owners are fully responsible for ensuring their dogs are non-aggressive, well-socialised, and comfortable travelling with other dogs. While The doggie bus takes every reasonable precaution to safeguard your pets during transport and field adventures, owners accept financial liability for any damage, loss, or veterinary costs resulting from undisclosed behavioral issues, injuries, or pre-existing conditions. By enrolling in our walks and day trips, you confirm that your dog's microchip details are current and authorise our staff to seek emergency veterinary treatment if required. If anything doesn't sit right with you, please email before you book. So we can discuss and sort out before hand.

Your dog's vaccination requirements

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations recorded before joining any adventure. By booking, you confirm that your dog's vaccination dates are fully accurate and kept up to date. We check these records prior to every outing; expired vaccinations mean we cannot collect or transport your dog on the day.

Health, safety, and travel standards

To ensure the safety and well-being of every pack member aboard The doggie bus, all participating dogs must be in good overall health, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Up-to-date treatments for fleas, ticks, and worms are compulsory. Owners must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or behavioural quirks during registration.

Every dog must wear a secure, well-fitted harness or collar with an identification tag for travel and transit. We reserve the right to refuse service or postpone outings for pets showing signs of contagious illness or severe stress. In the unlikely event of an emergency, our trained team will seek immediate veterinary attention and contact you straight away.

Collection and drop-off

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct pick-up and drop-off address when booking. It is essential that someone is reachable on your provided contact details during collection and return times. On the morning of each booked adventure, we will send a text message with an estimated arrival time so you know when to expect The doggie bus. If noneone is home we can also make arrangements with a safe key box or other means. All made with prior arrangements with you.

Booking and service terms
